Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using JacketLink(the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you are entering this agreement on behalf of a dealership, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

2. Account and use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must not use the Service to upload or transmit data you are not authorized to possess or share.

3. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

Paid plans renew automatically each billing cycle. New dealerships receive a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

4. Customer financial data

JacketLink acts as a processor of customer non-public personal information (NPI) under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act on behalf of the dealership. Dealerships remain the controllers of that data.

5. Acceptable use

Do not abuse the Service, attempt to bypass security controls, share credentials with unauthorized parties, or use the Service to violate applicable laws.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JacketLink is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, customer data is exported on request and deleted within 30 days.
